Omega Metal Halide Lamps

First-choice vegetative stage HID grow light

Omega Lighting’s technically advanced lamps feature two ceramic tubes which are designed to optimise light output. This, in turn, achieves more usable light energy, providing longer-lasting performance with consistent lumen output.

The dynamics of the tube allows for heat reduction without impacting upon the lifespan of the lamp, resulting in a lower grow temperature which contributes to increased plant yield.

Four wattages available – 250W, 400W, 600W and 1000W

Air purification chamber filters which improve the PAR output

Produces intense light that covers most of the spectrum

Can be dimmed to lower output levels.

About Omega Metal Halide Lamps

Omega Metal Halide Grow Lamps are an ideal vegetative stage HID grow light as it gives off a high level of blue light.

This Metal Halide Lamp is high on the blue spectrum and has a colour temperature of 6400K, encouraging vegetative stage plants to be shorter and denser. This Metal Halide grow lamp comes with a standard E40 fitting making it easy to fit with an existing grow room setup.

Omega Metal Halide Lamps comes with a standard 1-year manufacturers guarantee and are all CE certified.

How can Omega Metal Halide Lamps be used?

The Omega Metal Halide Lamps are the perfect grow light for increasing plant’s vegetation ability. These grow lamps use a blue spectrum of light, which plants need when in a vegetative stage. Likewise, this spectrum of light also prevents plants stretching and instead enables them to grow far more dense, ready for the next stage of flowering.

These grow lamps produce a colour temperature of 6400 Kelvin. The colour along with the high intensity of this lamp helps to produce a shorter and denser plant. Likewise, these lights do not produce as much light in the orange and red spectrum, instead, users would need to use an HPS grow light as soon as the plants’ flowering cycle begins.
